If you exhibit any signs of cold or flu-like symptoms upon arrival, our staff reserves the right to refuse service. We also advise you to inform our staff/artist within 48 hours if you are feeling unwell to reschedule your appointment.

We do not tolerate any form of abuse or bullying. If our staff/artists feel threatened or disrespected in any way, they have the right to terminate the session, refuse service, and forfeit any payments made. Such behavior may also result in being trespassed from Cain Tattoo Studio.

Once you have had a consultation with your artist, you will need to make a deposit of at least $100.00NZD to secure your booking. This deposit will be credited towards the final cost of your tattoo and will reserve the artist's time.

Deposits are NON-REFNUNDALE.

To receive a tattoo independently, clients must be 18 years or older and may be asked to provide photo identification upon request.

However, we do allow clients who are 16-17 years old to receive a tattoo under certain circumstances. This includes informing the staff/artist of their age at their initial contact, being supervised, filling out the parent/caregiver consent form prior to the tattoo, and providing photo identification for both the client and parent/caregiver.

Please ensure that you notify Cain Tattoo staff/artist via text/email at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to your scheduled appointment if there are any changes in circumstances that may affect your attendance. This policy also applies if you have postponed your tattoo appointment more than twice.
